
Cheesy Chicken and Green Bean Skillet

Ingredients
- 4 cups Penne (about 10 ounces)
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Yellow onion
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped Garlic
- 1 can of cut Green beans (drained)
- 1 15 oz jar of Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 28 oz can of Keystone Chicken
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
Steps
- Position oven rack 6 inches from heat source and preheat the broiler. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over high heat. Add pasta, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Melt butter in a large broiler-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the jar of alfredo sauce. Cook, stirring often, for about 2 minutes. Add the pasta and chicken and green beans, stirring frequently, until heated through. Remove from heat and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Broil until the cheese is bubbling and browned, roughly 2 to 3 minutes. Top with Parmesan and parsley.
