Guinness Beef & Cheese Dip
A hearty beer makes for a delicious beef and cheese dip! Preparing it in a cast iron pan is satisfying and cuts down on the dishes!
Ingredients
- 28 oz. can Keystone Beef
- 1/2 cup Guinness beer
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese,shredded and divided
- 3 cups Swiss cheese, shredded and divided
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- Sauté the yellow onion in butter in a cast iron skillet until tender (roughly 10 minutes).
- Add the cream cheese, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 cups of swiss cheese, half of the Keystone Beef (drained), and Guinness to the cast iron. Stir until well combined.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 6 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Enjoy!
